South Eastern Pipeline & Environmental Services

Southeastern Pipeline & Environmental Services is a specialty contractor based in Terry, MS.  Established in 2019, we are led by a team of individuals with proven abilities to deliver safe, timely and desired results on multiple complex projects involving earthwork, piping, facilities and environmental.  Our workforce has a diverse set of trade skills that include but are not limited to project management, welding/fabrication, heavy equipment operations, blasting/painting, heavy civil work, environmental remediation and restoration. 

We operate as a prime or subcontractor serving both the private and public sector for pipeline operators, utility providers, municipalities, State and Federal projects.  Our experienced team can tackle the most difficult projects; whether it be in streams or waterways, inside plants and facilities traversing lengthy ROW’s or steep terrain projects.  Our project managers develop detailed estimates and schedules that our trained and skilled workforce safely executes within our field of expertise.
